Getting Here

• From Spearfish, SD: Deadwood is located approximately 15 miles (20 minutes) from Spearfish. Travel east on I-90 E/US-14 E/US-85 S for 5.5 miles before taking the US-85 S exit (17). Travel south for 8.5 miles.
• From Mount Rushmore: Deadwood is located approximately 49 miles (1 hour 10 minutes) from Mount Rushmore. Begin by heading northeast on SD-244 for 1.3 miles before turning slight left on US-16A for 3.4 miles. Merge onto US-16 W and continue for 5.6 miles. Turn right onto US-385 and drive for 36.6 miles. Turn right on US-85 and continue for approximately 2 miles.
