Half Marathon, Marathon, and 5 Person Marathon Relay

From Crazy Horse Memorial to Downtown Hill City, South Dakota

The marathon course was changed in 2005. The course now starts at Mount Rushmore and finishes at the Crazy Horse Memorial. Inspiration should come to the runners as they realize the effort that went into building these huge monuments. There are areas for friends and family to view the race which includes Mount Rushmore, Hill City, and the Crazy Horse Memorial.

Rather you plan on coming to run or only to watch, Mount Rushmore provides the perfect setting for a marathon.
