National Presidential Wax Museum
Experience the signing of the Declaration of Independence or the beginning of the Cold War. Visit "Ground Zero" just after 9/11. Stand next to JFK or share a historic moment with any one of the 43 presidents. All you have to do is visit the National Presidential Wax Museum in the Black Hills.
Each exhibit shares a little bit more about our national history and a little bit more about what has made our country a democracy. Talented wax artists have made these presidential figures seem life like. They have also used artifacts and clothing that fit the time and the occasion. If visiting Mount Rushmore brought out your patriotism, the National Presidential Wax Museum is sure to be a memorable experience. The museum and gift shop are open seven days a week from April to October. It is located in downtown Keystone and on the right if you are headed toward Mt. Rushmore.
